I always have issues applying these protective shields. But, I did not have any issues. It went on very easily with no bubbles. I would get this shield again.

It was really simple put on the screen. However, after a week I bought a new phone case and the screen protector popped off when I attached the phone case.

Not worth the extra money I spent for it. Was worse then a cheaper off-brand one I had before. Did not recognize/sense me typing or swiping on keyboard

I had the employee put the cover on, but it's a perfect fit and gives piece of mind that the glass is protected.

The product could be better somewhat clumsy in the hand very slippery do not know if we hope they're much find the whole fair for the price can be better

If you install it yourself, it won't stay on. If you professionally put it on, it won't come off, but it will cost you 7.99 from the geek squad.

Not sure if I have been extremely unlucky or there is a defect in this product. The adhesive does not stay adhered to the phone in all places where it should. This causes a clicking when swiping certain areas. I have had it changed out twice after initially having Geek squad put the first one on. They told me that the others must have been defective but a few hours after having the third one put on by them, it is also doing the same thing.

This has been the easiest screen protector installation I've done thanks to the frame it brings to align it perfectly. Best one I've used on my S8+

I am really enjoying this product. I would recommend this as long as it provides adequate protection for this expensive phone I have purchased.

11 days after Best Buy placed this on my s8+ with Otter Box defender it came off. This was without being in the harsh environments I work in occasionally or exposed to the elements. $40+ for something that lasted 11 days? At the time of purchase I questioned the durability. The store told me of this great lifetime warranty where you only pay shipping and you get a new shield. So I registered my product...ya $9.99 for shipping a piece of plastic! No thank you! I will be returning this and the Otter Box for a refund. So disappointed in Otter Box for going this route with their cases. I need something durable! Time to look at Lifeproof which is really expensive and poor reviews about a gap between the screen and case shield affecting function. I'm leaning towards a Ghostek Nautical full coverage ip68 rated case. Bottom line if you don't want a fully encapsulating phone case don't use this Zagg Shield hard screen protector find a film style screen protector.

What a waste of money. It never fit the screen right as it only adheres around the edges of the screen and not over the entire thing. This leaves a lot of play in the cover over the center of your screen. After about a week of use I tried to blow off some dust around the edge of the protector and the entire cover just flew off the phone!

I first discovered Zagg screen protectors 2 years ago on my Galaxy Note 5, I am pretty hard on my phones and the screen was terribly scratched and cracked due to me dropping my phone several times. But regardless of the damage, when I pulled the protector off, the phones actual screen was not damaged in any way! I just bought a new Galaxy S8+ and I immediately grabbed a ZAGG screen protector to protect my new phone !

I have always used Zagg protectors and really liked the glass protector I had on my S7, so when I upgraded I got another glass protector for my S8+. Because of the curved Infinity screen, the protector never quite sealed well on one of the corners so I get an annoying little pop when I'm doing anything on that part of the screen. I was pretty careful about installing it (used the included bracket to help with installation) but it seems if you don't get it just right you might have similar issues.

The item in question ended up falling off very soon after purchase and cracked. Not sure if it was the item or the install.

This curved glass shield is overpriced for what you get. The functionality is great and touch response works very well. My complaint is it does not stay stuck on/attached and once it pops off the adhesive gathers dust, dirt, lint and does not re-attach well. Also looks crappy after you get dirt/stuff in the adhesive.

For some reason, the S8+ screen protector does not fit the phone properly. I Installed it on my daughters phone and 4 days later the screen cracked. Luckily I registered it on Zagg when I installed it because all I had to do was call them up, let them know what happened and they sent me a new one at no cost to me. **Note: My husband had a screen protector on his S8+ and it too cracked.

The best thing about this particular screen protector is the alignment tool that comes with it. This makes a perfect fit easy to achieve, and the screen protector will be perfectly aligned for the best possible result. It also came with all prep materials needed to ensure a clean and solid attachment. I can't even tell this is on my screen, and it gives me great peace of mind when sliding the phone in my pocket. The lifetime warranty can't be beat. If it ever breaks or gets damaged, just contact the company and get a free replacement in a few days! I highly recommend this product and this brand, as it has always been a high quality and exceeds my expectations!

I’ve installed a number of screen protectors with no issues and this one was for my son to protect his new phone. Less than 24 hours later the entire screen protector popped off. Part of what attracted me to spend the extra money was the warranty. Well if it doesn’t stay on I’ll go buy the cheaper ones. The plus side was the installation was easy with their alignment kit.

The glass protector has a crystal clear view and looks great on the phone but for $50 it should have sufficient adhesive which this product does not have. I return it to ZAGG cause the protector crack and was falling off, they replace it for free but you just have to pay the shipping & handling fee.

It's ok but it only stick on the sides and if you put it in your purse the screen will pop off if it hit something.
