Maybe its the installation but the shield doesn't adhere to the phone correctly.When I tap on the screen to open the phone, it has a non contact feeling. So, I find myself tapping a few times until I just jump to the power on button to be able to open the phone.

The responsiveness on the curves Zagg is great however when installing it it has to be pushed down and held for a little while for it to adhere. I had a Best Buy employee install the first one and he did not do that therefore it kept coming off along the edges.I had it replaced by one of the Geek Squad guys and it's all good except it has a crack in the upper left corner. They do seem to be delicate. The good thing is that once you register the product Zagg will send you a new one if your current one fails in any way. So because of that fact yes I would recommend the product.

The glass shield provides great protection until it starts to lift and you get the annoying clicking sound everytime you use the phone & the shield hits the phone. Phone was dropped & the shield cracked...no damage to the phone so, the shield did was it was supposed to do. The best part about Zagg is the replacement program. They take you through a lot to get a replacement so, be sure not the throw away the cracked shield. For the price of a Zagg shield, the replacement is worth it.

I bought this screen protector for my brand new Galaxy S8+ on a Friday and it only lasted until Monday before popping off. I will be looking into another screen protector that actually lasts longer.

I dropped my new Galaxy 8+ after only having it 5 days. It fell face down shattering the shield. My warranty replacement arrived in a few days. Excellent product, excellent service. Worth the price.

Goes on easily. Dropped my phone the other day and the screen protector fell off. Doesn't want to stay on now.

Had shield installed on a friday , it popped off the following Wednesday after I blew on it to remove dust. Did press it back on but it came off again two days later. Again I pressed it back on. Touch sensitivity requires a litter bit firmer press but no big deal. I can't say as to protection because my phone has not been dropped nor mistreated. I am not sure if shield would stay on if phone fell or was dropped. I'm thinking it is just a very expensive scratch guard. If the shield won't stay on it certainly can't protect the phone face.

Its a good protector because would keep you from scratching your screen yet the glue at the sides of it doesn't hold as good and comes lose, right now it has some dust in between the screen and the protector due to the bad quality glue.

I purchased this screen protector thinking it would be better than those sold through Amazon. I was wrong. It only has glue on the edges and therefore doesn't stick right. It has spots that won't glue to the phone. This is a problem if you a have your phone near water, dirt, etc... because it will fo inside. The little bit of it has does hold up. I wanted a screen protector that has glue all over so it can stick and not lift.

Has peeled off once and fell off once during a small drop from the couch on carpet. Doesn't seal to the phone at all. Waste of money.

I have used Zagg screen protectors for years on my phones and loved the glass ones. I just bought a Samsung S8+ and put a curved glass protector on it. It popped off after less that 12 hours. I took it back and it was exchanged no questions asked. The new one is coming loose already after two days. The problem is there is a very, very thin strip of adhesive along the edge of the protector that sticks to the screen and it just does not stay on. A shame that you pay $50.00 for a protector that is going to come off again.

Kind of a incomplete review as the first one that we purchased cracked spontaneously within about 2 weeks of owning. Replaced it without incident at Best Buy but will see what happens moving forward. Otherwise seems to work well.

Bought this cover for two phones. One cover came loose within a week. Both developed cracks within two weeks without being dropped.

Have only had it a couple of weeks and it is only a screen protector so what should I expect. It fits & it protects, thats it

This product does exactly what it is designed to do. I dropped my phone the other day and only the protector cracked and the phone screen still looked brand new. I had Best Buy install the screen because I usually goof it up, but this is very easy to put on, as it seals around the edges only. Pros: Very Clear/clean picture Designed to do what it was intended Cons: Pricey Little smudging Once it's broken, it's done

Expensive brittle P.O.S. recomended by Best Buy. Recomended and installed by best buy on a NEW S8 Plus. Phone drops about 18 inches. Protector shatters, phone screen is scratched and Best Buys reply. Not our problem.

This is not at all what I was expecting. The screen clicks each time it is touched and makes it difficult to get the phone activated. Very difficult to keep clean. Seems sturdy enough, but don't think I would buy again!

This product works quite well and does the job but is ridiculously expensive. I wonder if the cost is based on the cost of the product it is intended to safeguarded rather than the actual cost of manufacturing the item.

Well, my phone dropped at work face first. The zagg shield spidered and disassembled itself from the phone. Luckily I had registered my shield. Dislike, having to pay 9.99 for something with a lifetime warranty.

Good quality. Saved the phone 1 week after I got it, fell and screen cracked. Expensive $40... but better than new screen.
