    I dropped the phone and the screen protector broke. Apparently it has a lifetime guarantee. However, there is no way to get through to anyone for warranty replacement. I did get an email that asked me to rate them! Poor service means the product is no good! I will never buy another Zagg product!

    It worked. But I had it less than a month. It broke after a couple of minor phone drops and the screen protector broke and it did spare my actual screen. So technically it worked. But it lasted WAY less time than the Spigen ones that I usually order online and I get two of those with an applicator device for less than $20. So f zag I’ll never buy one of their products. But Spigen is freakin awesome!
