Decreases the touch sensitivity of the watch screen (have to tap something several times to get a response). Also, if you exercise, moisture/condensation gets trapped under the protector.

Makes my iwatch difficult to use

Both the crown usage and functionality of the touch screen were compromised. The first time in water I had to take it off because water got between the screen and the watch face. Definitely not worth the $45 dollar price tag.
