The installation was very simple. Step by step directions were clear. The shield itself is rough. I find that I have to press very hard on the screen to type messages, scroll websites, and to just get to the home screen. I thought it was just mine. But I installed one on my wife's phone because I purchased the two at the same time, and she is having the same issues. I purchased this item because I had it on my previous Galaxy. But this one has made the functionality of the phone worth Returning it and trying a new product. I bet if I dropped the phone it would protect the screen but the loss of functionality of the phone to have the protection will most likely result in me returning both items.

I usually use the kind of gel or plastic feeling zagg screen protectors on my galaxy phones but this is the first glass protector I have ever used. So far so good. It does cause a little bit of sensitivity issue by having you push a little harder on the screen than what I was used to but I've already gotten used to it within the first week of having the phone. There are also sensitivity settings that you can change if you want to. The only other downfall is there is a thin black border on the glass protector that cuts into the screen on the edge of it but it's really not bad at all for the protection it gives you with the phone screen.

I was willing to pay for a good product, to cover my expensive phone. And this is a good product. I paid Best Buy to put it on for the extra protection. I dropped it and it popped off 2 days later. I went back to Bestbuy, they wanted to argue the point I needed to send it back to ZAGG. I pressed the point "not after 2 days" they finally agreed as a one time exception to replace it and put on the new one. I told them I appreciated them making the exception for me. And I appreciate Bestbuy's excellent customer service! I've dropped my phone several times since then, and it has been protected beautifully!

Had a different brand that kept coming off all the time. Switched to this one and love it. It looks really good on the phone and most importantly hasn't came off.

Fits perfectly and the warranty is literally unbeatable. Paid them to install it once and they install it everytime they replace it, same day in store!

The improvement from early attempts to provide a shield for a mobile device is evident. The product fits well and does not impede usage of the phone screen. It is easy to clean.

Between a 4 and 5 star with this one, screen seems to be adjustable, it has sticky all around on edges but I can still remove it and readjust it. I've bumped my phone on my car door and it cracked only the screen protector. Glad the protector did its job. Wish the screen was not adjustable.

I purchased two of the Zagg Shields for both of our Samsung S9s. Both cracked...BUT...they did their job and protected the phones. I went through the replacement process with Zagg and it was easy. I paid the shipping and handling, received new shields, and returned the damaged shields in the provided return envelope. The cracks on shields were not all the way through...just on the shields’ surfaces. This was a good investment in protecting our phones and the replacement process met my expectations.

Zagg invisibleshield glass screen protector works like a charm. Fits perfectly and you can't even tell it is on the phone. Screen is clear as a bell. I love it!

I've had this glass shield on my Samsung Galaxy S9 for over almost two years now. It perfectly fits, is easy to install, and protects the phone more than cheaper brands. I say "shield", but I should say "shields". I've got it replaced two times for free. Both times the glass cracked on sharp objects (and I'm glad it was the shield and not the phone). I had the product number registered for warranty. Both times I filed a replacement ticket online and received new shield quickly and got a pre-paid envelop to return my cracked one.

I hate spending this much money again but, I broke the last one multiple times without damage to my phone. So when I couldn't see through it any more I bought a new one to replace it. I work Industrial Maintenance and welding. The protector works.

Been using Zagg glass for years and it never dissapoint me. My screen never breaks even if I dropped my phone a hundred times. And the lifetime warranty is awesome.

Bought one a month ago but it popped off. Took it back and was told I needed to upgrade to a different one because of the curve of the glass on my phone. Hope the guy at the store knows what he’s talking about. I did register for the warranty in case this one comes off

Love how well this fits the curved edge on my phone. It saves the screen from all the scratches and dings that come from being in my purse or pocket.

This is a great screen protector but makes it really hard to tap things on my phone. I have to use much more force and sometimes I have to keep tapping on the same thing for a bit for my phone to feel it. It also never got stuck on properly and keeps peeling off on the edges.

I always love Zagg shields for my phones. The only problem I have is sometimes I have to go through 4 or 5 to get one to stick with no bubbles. Luckily I only have to pay the replacement fee of a few $$ and get a new one within a week or so. It's the best protection for a phone.

This screen protector is pretty good. I also like how it comes with a lifetime warranty. Meaning if it cracks, we can have them send us a new one for free.

I really like this curve glass screen protector, but had difficulty sending messages as I was unaware that I could increase the sensitivity of my touch. It is working like a charm once I increased my touch sensitivity. I also feel it really does a great job of protection.

The protection is great and is easily applicable. I had no issue applying the glass. BUT THE BLACK OUTLINE IS BAD. It isn't a dealbreaker, but definitely not wanted. It cuts things off slightly, such as instagram posts/text. I don't even think if you put it on 100% it'll be out of the way. I'm pretty sure comes in towards the screen so no matter how well it is applied, it'll be there. Do not understand why they black line is there, but it is ridiculous. Still had value in protecting your screen, but for the reason only. I just couldn't find anything else I could trust with fall protection, since I had a few accidents with past phones, so I was willing to put the money down for this.. guess I have to make the sacrifice of the black outline.

This has been the best screen cover I have ever had!!! I have dropped my phone several times and the screen protector has shielded my screen from cracking. This protector is a bit pricey but well worth the money. I even dropped my phone face down and the screen protector did a fine job. Also, it's simple to put on and remove. The adhesive is great. I have this screen protector since last week. It's time for a new one as the screen protector is cracked but still holds true to its value. Very satisfied with my purchase. Will be purchasing another one.
