Good product. Overall I am a mechanic so it held up with some falls. But sharp tools will start to chip at it.

Had broke my okd screen protector so i bought this one. Has lasted a long time as i constantly drop my phone.

Had to replace this. Best Buy did not have this item in stock so had it mailed to me. Went to the store and had the screen cover installed in minutes. Great service

I had this on my phone for a year. I did end up getting a sloght crack in it, but i kept the crack on it for a few months. Even though i had a crack it never spread or kept going. I recommend using this product. I ended up replacing it and the new one made me feel like i got a whole new phone. Made the screen seem more clear and broght.

So glad I upgraded to using the more expensive screen protectors. The guarantee on this is fantastic. If you have BB install it ($10), they will replace for free if it cracks or breaks. I dropped my phone and had pretty bad cracks in shield. Walked in to BB, asked for replacement, no problem, replaced and reinstalled for free. No brainer!

Much better than the old plastic shields! Seems like good protection. Installation looked more solid than plastic one.

For the amount of money spent on cell phones, it only makes sense to protect the screen with ZAGG Invisible Shield Glass protector. I don't even notice it has been applied, and a few times a year I have it replaced by a Best Buy Representative.

Second time this has saved my phone! Both involved my dropping phone on cement.

Great quality and decent price. I perhaps could have gotten this cheaper elsewhere, but it was totally worth it to have Best Buy Technical support in Watertown NY install it for me. Also I wouldn't have known about this product without the BB website. Excellent customer service: speedy efficient, and extremely competent. PIcked up in store vs mailing which saves trees and time! Highly recommend.

Like any product like this you don't know how good it is until it encounters some real life episode. I got mixed input from store personnel about whether it would affect touch sensitivity of my phone screen. One said yes, the other said no. My experience has been that finger sensitivity is still very good but it was very unresponsive to the rubber tip stylus pen that worked well before installing the screen protector. Fortunately, I found some carbon fiber tip stylus pens online that work very well. For installation, It would have been helpful if they provided some written directions along with schematics. I was confused about which way to orient what was labelled as "top," so I ended up installing it in the wrong direction, which ended up covering the front facing camera. It would be easier if they told you to orient the end with the center indentation on the top of the phone so as to not cover the front facing camera. I was able to gently lift a corner of the screen protector with an Exacto blade, pry it off, and reinstall it using my fingers to apply by holding by the edges and visually positioning it. I came close but not as good as if I had used the positioning guides that came with it. Also, it would be helpful if they told you that the first layer that you peel off exposes the side with adhesive and to flip it over to apply to the screen. This is all so painfully obvious once you know how to do it but this was the first time I have installed a screen protector.

I love the feeling that a can be at ease if and when I accidentally drop my phone because zagg is tough. And if the screen protector gets cracked all I have to do is take it to Best Buy and warranty it free of charge.
