When I accidentally dropped my phone, the screen protector cracked, but my iPhone was fine. So, it was an easy decision to get a new screen protector, I had no problem with getting a replacement at Best Buy. The staff helped me with putting it on, quickly and efficiently. Worth it!

Buying it at Best Buy was good cause all I did was take it in both times and it was replaced.

The DIY install kit is pretty good. Doesn’t leave much room for error. Cons: Poor quality, I’m having to get them replaced VERY often. A lot of driving to Best Buy. I think I’ve had to replace around 15-20 times in the 14 months I have owned. They have also changed product numbers around, meaning I’ve had to “upgrade” my product in order to continue receiving my free replacements, which cost an additional $12 on top of the $25 I initially paid. This to me feels like a poor business practice. Things to note: I use reasonably sturdy case with raised edges on my phone.

They are great and very protective. But what is even better is that they are replaced for only $10 and the Best Buy rep installs them for me and does a better and quicker job than I would do myself.
