Takes the Hit, So Your Phone Doesn't

The iPhone 16's design - and the design of the protective case leave a 1" edge of the phone exposed around the Action Button. The glass has protected my phone from taking the hit that would have been expensive. Sure, your mobile company will sell you a protector, but they'll charge you if you need a replacement. Get it through Best Buy.

I love the fact that it doesn’t matter how old the screen protector is, as long as you take it back to Best Buy. They will exchange it for a brand new one if it breaks.

When I purchased it I was told should I need replacement screens they would be free and that if I paid to have it put on that also would be a free service forever. Now I’m told NO. That I have to pay the $8 every time I come in. That is terrible service. A change in policy should grandfather in those who purchased before the policy change date. I should NEVER be charged to have a new one put on.

I dropped my phone twice and both drops left cracks. Took it to Best Buy and they replaced it in a few minutes. The lifetime warranty is a great benefit with this product.
