This is the first expensive phone I've ever bought (Pixel 9 Pro) so you can believe me when I tell you I've babied this thing. It has a Spigen Rugged Armor case, and I've been almost absurdly careful. Doesn't matter, no impact that I can see nor was aware of. Screen protector is cracked right across the middle. I had Geek Squad install it before I even ever physically touched the phone. Hopefully they'll either replace it or refund it because for $50 it should make it more than 3 days in a pocket by itself. On the plus side, it looks good, feels nice, and the fingerprint reader works as well as any of these horrid through-the-screen readers do.

I don't really get a day off so I can't go back to Best buy. When I purchased it they said if it ever cracked I could just go there and they'll replace it. I know now why they told me that cuz they know their product was going to fail and I'm glad that it's covered and everything but come on now I have a cracked screen protector. I'm hoping that the screen is not cracked but I don't know until I get to Best buy and I don't know when that's going to be. It's a real inconvenience
