AFAIK, it's still on the phone and still doing a fine job of protecting the screen. She went through multiple ZAGG replacements on previous iPhones, and ZAGG provided quick and easy warranty service. They are reaping the benefit of customer loyalty this time around.

We have had all three replaced at least once with NO problems whatsoever. They just make sure that we did in fact purchase them and pull off the old cracked one and slap on a new one. My screen looks brand new under the protector and the places that they have cracked have not been damaged at all.
