Lifetime Warranty what a joke!

Registered the screen protector with zagg and tried to order a replacement online. An error came up and said the replacement could not be processed at this time. Tried 3 separate times. Nothing. So I tried their customer service #. Good luck with that. Basically none existent. Sat on hold for an hour only to be hung up on by Derrick. I am now on my second round of being on hold for eternity. I can promise you this. They don’t have good customer service and from the looks of things do not stand behind their products. My wife has bodyguardz and has had no problem with her replacement screens. Guess I need to look elsewhere for a reliable screen protection company. It’s a shame I was excited about the blue light protection etc but now I will never buy a zagg product again.
