Okay protector

Expensive and Easy to crack

Substandard Warranty and Protection

I went to the zagg website and discovered that the display is not covered by their screen protector. Also, a replacement costs $5.99 and takes over a week to receive it. If you don’t ship the damaged screen protector back they charge full retail. All in all, i’m totally dissatisfied with the product and the company. I will not waste my money on zagg in the future.

Life time warranty is worthless

Product comes with limited lifetime warranty. It cracked, brought it back to Best Buy on 8 Aug 2020 to get a replacement. "Sorry, out of stock....nationwide. (The poor cashier understood my frustration) We can give you the upgraded one but you must pay the difference." So much for buying the more expensive product on THEIR recommendation. Trying to contact manufacturer....so far no luck.

Cracked on first drop

Really disappointed that I spent money on this product. Go somewhere else and have one installed because Best Buy won’t give you a refund once the package is opened.
