    This product was supposed to be delivered within 2 days. After 5 days went by, I decided to purchase a similar item from Amazon. I received the Amazon order the following day. Not sure why Best Buy dropped the ball. Finally received this product then tried to return it at the store, unopened. They would not take a return because it was over 30 days. I am quite disappointed that they could not understand that the delay in returning had everything to do with the product not being delivered within the time fram.

    It broke. The phone is too slick, too thin, and vibrates off a table. The shield cracked the first time it fell off the table. Not helpful

    This shield sold to me by a BestBuy did not fit my Moto power phone so I returned it and bought one on line for much less that does work.
