Not what I expected

I smacked my watch on a semi sharp edge and the screen protector bubbled up and creased. It did protect the watch but it's not even glass it's just a thin film. You can buy u much better tempered glass ones from Amazon for 5.99.

I am experiencing with Zagg products and installs. Either this item was a defective item or just a terrible product. Either was I wasted good on on this!

Upon opening box it came with all the material to clean and prepare, but it did not come with the actual screen protector.
