After tapping, touching, swiping, rubbing on clothes and jackets I can tell a noticeable difference in the screen. These help to keep the scratches and wear off of the expensive glass. Very easy to apply with everything needed included in the box.

You can't even notice that it is on the Apple Watch, yet it protects the screen. This is a huge upgrade from the Zagg screen protectors of the past which were bulkier and easily peeled off, especially with protective cases/bumpers on the watch.

So I think it will only protect your watch from scratches, that's it. And the instructions aren't so clear, so it's a bit tricky to install this thing.

I work with my hands, so I realized that this may be an issue. It kind of makes my beautiful watch look a a bit crappy already

Great screen protector

I was moving boxes when my arm scraped against some metal. I really thought the screen was a goner. To my surprise the shield was still on the watch. I peeled the shield off and the watch was like new on the screen. I could not believe it. These are a must have!!
