Worthless

Do not buy unless you absolutely HAVE to have a screen protector for not that cheap. Severe artifacting underneath protector upon application. Screen was completely clean and instructions followed.

Very thin protector
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For $15 this screen protector is not worth it. Save your money and look for something different. The air bubbles do not come out. It doesn’t seem very protective not for the price.

Don’t waste your money...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn’t cover the whole face of the watch like the picture shows. Really flimsy pretty much just a clear sticker. Protects from scratches unless it’s a corner or something sharp... but nothing else...

Confusing application, but good results.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have worn Apple Watches since they first were introduced. In the past, I have always opted for the stainless steel models which include sapphire display covers. Through daily use, those watch faces never suffered any visible abrasions; sapphire is just that hard. Likewise, the cases and finishes are also as durable. As such, I'd wouldn't bother with any after market protection for a stainless steel watch. However, I now have a Nike Series 6 which uses Ion-X glass display covers. Still hard, though much softer than sapphire, I do not have the same faith in durability, so I went looking for a non-obtrusive screen cover. Requirements were glasslike feel, thin so as to not add bulk or size, and near invisibility. The goal is added abrasion resistance, I am not so concerned about shatter and completely unfazed by potential case damage. The Zagg Ultra clear was on sale for $10, which made it the cheapest Best Buy option at the time (bonus). It comes with a single cover and all the "tools" needed for application. If you search online, you can also find application videos, which I highly recommend, as the instructions are confusing UNTIL you realize how these protectors are packaged. Even the videos do not really help with this aspect. Once you realize what is going in, it gets much clearer (see what I did there?). Application: What you need to realize, is that the protector is sandwiched between two shipping films (tabs 2, 3 (screen side), and 4 (user touch side)). You peel off tab 1 and position the protector over the screen. The protector is not yet mated to the screen. You take tab 2 and bend it towards you, once you get it to past straight up, you can now separate it -from the back of the protectors film-. As you do, you use the included applicator to slide upward as you continue to remove tab 2 and press the protector into place. Repeat this process with tab 3. The protector is now mated to the watch screen surface, Now gently use tab 4 to remove the shipping film cover. Go slowly and make sure you are remove the shipping film and not the complete protector (ask me how I know this can happen). Once you finesse the tab 4 film off, you are mostly done, now follow instructions to finalize. Pesky Bubbles: Zagg says micro bubble will disappear after 24 hours and the screen is "self healing". You know what? They're right. After my application, and nearly pulling the protector off in step 4 above, I fidgeted with the protectors to get it down and press out bubble. In the end, I had some noticeable, but not deal breaker, creases and some microbubbles. These weren't visible when the watch face was illuminated, so I called it a day to see if the bubbles went away. Flash forward about 24-hr and the bubbles and creases are gone and the screen is virtually un-noticeable. I have to look to see the edges. Final thoughts 48 hours after application: This screen protector thus far satisfies the objectives for unobtrusive additional abrasion resistance. Application is relatively easy (once you know what's going on). Watch a video, use clean hands, follow instructions to clean and remove dust, take your time to line up the cover, and go slowly. Push big bubbles to the edges (not corners) and don't sweat the micro-bubbles. In my case, they did disappear. This far, 5-stars. We'll see how it wears with time. Cautionary note: you can feel the edges. If you are aggressive with your swipe up or swipe down actions, or catch a fingernail while doing so, I can see where the cover may start to delaminate in such areas.

Overpriced, poor quality
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Decent clarity Protects screen against basic bumps and scratches Cons: Doesn't cover entire screen - specifically around the edges Feels cheap Still had several tiny bubbles after application I've had this for 5 months now. I recently bumped it pretty hard against the underside of my desk. A big chunk on the top left corner is now torn. It's expensive for $14.99. At most, it's worth about $3 retail. It feels like the vinyl window clings you attach to your car. Under normal light, it's clear. Under bright lights and you will notice a film over the screen. It doesn't cover the entire screen. There's about 3mm of uncovered space along the edges. If you decide to purchase this, I recommend you also buy a bumper case.

Good for its value
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simple to Install, doesn’t get edge-to-edge protection for the screen but cover most of the screen, overall the best screen protector for apple watches.

Just install it correctly
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does great, if put on correctly the first time. I recommend taking it slowly. I’ve rushed an install the first time and got the bubbles that never went away (my fault.) and the second time I got it perfect but did somehow cut the screen protector around the edges after reaching into a tool box. The third times a charm I got it on perfect and no issues so far.

Made Existing Scratches Virtually Disappear
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the Zagg Apple Watch screen protector because I had an unfortunate brush with a brick wall against the face of my Apple Watch. The scratches were deep enough that it was not able to be buffed or smoothed out without damaging the face of the watch. They also were deep enough to drive me crazy every time I looked at the watch. So I decided to purchase the Zagg cover in hopes that it would at least somewhat obscure the scratches. It worked! Not only is the watch face now better protected against additional accidental bumps and scrapes, but it made the existing ones virtually disappear! The screen cover is thin enough that you don’t really notice it’s even there, coverage is precision cut, and the installation was so incredibly easy. I registered the product with Zagg in the event that the wear over time warrants replacing it (for free, via Zagg’s warranty). I have other Zagg products and have always been so impressed with their quality, customer service, and warranty replacement program that buying this was a no brainer. And for $15, nobody can argue against it. Just get this and save yourself the headaches of having a damaged watch face!

Glass protector
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works good enough. It is confusing to put on. You sort of have to just figure it out on your own. If water splashes on it, it leaves marks all over the screen that I have to rub off. It is also coming off on the sides. This started the day after I put it on. It seems to be protecting my screen so I can’t say it doesn’t work. Just not the best. This is not glass it feels like a strange plastic that overlays yours screen. I recommend it bc there are no other protectors at my location to fit my watch.
