    It was defective. I took it to Zagg and they replaced it and applied it to watch. Best Buy's employees refused to apply it as they didn't feel confident in getting on properly.

    Packaging was confusing - did not know cover was is the top portion- returned the first time … took to the store and store rep did not see it and had another mailed - the 2nd time went back to store and technician showed us where it was and said there was a $8 charge from them to install - which was almost half of the cost to purchase? So went home and figured it out

    Absolutely worth it! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve bended it and was so happy. I had a screen protector on it. You just have to be careful if you use any kind of frames on it
