This was easy to install and seems to be working well. You have to get used to the different feel though

I am pleased with this purchase. It went on fairly easily. I have not yet dropped my phone because I make sure not to but hoping when and if it happens it will protect my phone. The only reason I say that is because my only issue with this is that it is super thin and like flimsy rubber in the sense. Others that ZAGG had for the previous Note phones were far better imho.

The shield was installed my the store rep. that helped me to select the right screen and processed the sale. The removal of my old cracked screen & the prep-work prior to installing the new one for her, seem completely effortless, which resulted in a perfect fit, even around the curved edges of my Note10.. so far,,, no lifting, no bubbles... Thank you

Bought this for my note 10+ and it was easier to install never would've considered this if my other screen protector hadn't messed up while installing, i took off the original Samsung screen protector and added a special screen protector made for impact and i was mad to see that it had messed up and got bubbles decided to take that off and realized i needed a screen protector immediately then i figured i had zagg before and the tools they give you helps you get a smooth install and it was overall smooth. Pros Smooth screen Clear quality as if you never had a screen protector on Barely visible Self healing off minor damages but im sure heavy damages will not be able to wear off Cons Using this ive noticed my finger nail has caught on the screen protector and made small dents that did heal over time but i fear eventually it will start to wear off Still a fingerprint magnet but still able to wipe away. Not many cons but i figured I'd mention some of what i thought was a con A nice go to screen protector if you taken off the screen protector from factory but until there is a cheap, really good quality tempered glass that doesn't lift from the edges of the phone then this will be my go to. Its even got a warranty which is great for replacements although shipping fees will apply but still cheaper price to replace

Always loved ZAGG products and this one is definitely a great buy. They're durable and they last. I prefer the InvisibleShield to the glass ones as they're better for scratches and scuffs and good for impact protection (I don't drop my phone much however) but overall I am satisfied with my continued purchases from ZAGG.

Tried to register it online and couldn't, so I guess when it fails we are out of luck. Don't know if it is the quality of the product or how it was installed. There is one corner where it is already beginning to left up.

This is not like regular protectors. It's a film that sticks to your screen. I would probably be happier if it didn't have so many bubbles & wrinkles after applying it. I think this works great for everyday scuffs and scratches, just not too sure it would protect the screen from cracking if dropped.

The manufacturer's product has worked well for me on previous devices and I expect it will continue to perform well. It protects against damage to the screen, is easily cleaned and does not interfere with the touch screen features. I do recommend professional application by the Geek Squad or similar since, as with all these products, it takes talent and patience to apply it correctly.

Ok! Lifts easily. Wish the screen was flat. Gets the job done.

So I have had this screen protector almost a year now and I have a lot to say about it. So lets get started Pros; - Works great with Finger Print scanner. I noticed little to no impact on finger print AFTER recalibrating and scanning my fingers once installed. - Clear and protects phone screen. My screen has ZERO blemishes despite HEAVY use. The screen looks bright and clear even with protector on regardless of the fact that numerous times ive carried in the same pocket as my keys. - Warranty. Lifetime warranty when installed by Best Buy means when things have gone wrong it has been swapped out free of charge for me every time. Now the CONS: - Tears/Rips EASILY. I have gone through 3 of these since the original. The first bubbled from a poor install, one just started to peel off a few weeks in and 2 more tore from use and being in my pocket. One tore accidentally JUST from my fingernail gouging it. This is definitely not a 1 and done solution. But since I have had them always installed by the Best Buy employees they are always replaced for free. - Gets Sticky. When you first put it on it is as smooth and "slidy" (I know thats not a word but it best describes the feel) for the first 2 weeks to a month. To start with they slide like as if it was glass, but after that time it progressively gets more "sticky" and grimy feeling the more you use it until when you clean it, fibers are pulled off your rag by the "sticky" rubbery feel the surface develops. - Application is "iffy". I have found that RIGHT after applying it DO NOT put the phone in your pocket or use it vigorously because it will bubble, slide or tear easier. Carry your phone in hand and be gentle with it for the first 24-48 hours after application to ensure it dries and sticks well; then it is almost bullet proof from peeling (Tearing is then your only concern). Overall it is the best product I have found yet and the current one I have on the phone has been on for about 7-8 months and still looks decent. I am taking it in today to get a refreshed one applied because it has a few tears and bubbles in it. GET IT INSTALLED BY BBY STAFF. This way if there are any mistakes or you are not happy with it they have to replace it free of charge. Like I said I have had 4 of these and I only ever paid for the 1st one with an install fee. I just got my replacement for my Clear Otterbox case that had literally started falling apart (had to superglue pieces of the front together to make it last) and the replacement came in today. That case was purchased in Jan of 2020 so it is 18 months old today. But I got the free replacement of that from Otterbox and now Im gonna get my new screen protector which will make my phone look brand new again. In conclusion, not a great product. But it DOES protect the phone, look good, and is relatively inexpensive if you get it installed and therefore warrantied. But it does suck having to take your phone back in every 3-7 months to get a new one on. Hopefully my next phone will not have the curved edges that cause SO MANY issues with this phone.

Pros: - When properly installed on a fresh-out-of-the-box phone by one of Best Buy's awesome phone people, it looks really nice. - Zagg's warranty is legit. They sent me a new one for $6 in shipping within days of claim. Cons: - Smudge and grease magnet. Always looks like it's covered in something. - Corners start to peel within a month. - You have to do the install in a freaking 'clean room' in order to not trap dust under the thing...and that's even after using the dust-catching layer! Impossible to get it perfect. If you do buy one of these, pay Best Buy's people to do it for you.

This is a suitable replacement for the factory protector on the note 10+. Biggest gripe is that the fluid that is used to apply it did not dry evenly. A day or so after I tried to smooth out the bubbles and the protector slid around. The surface is not glass smooth so can see ripples viewing from an angle. Looking straight on you don't even know it is on. The surface is slick so very good for swyping to text.

Screen protector fits like a glove. Does not interfere with interface. Has held up to abundant use. Glad we had someone put it on, as it seemed much more difficult that the previous glass protectors we have used on other phones. I am sure if I had tried to put it on myself I would not have been successful and it would have been a waste of money.
