I ordered Excellent open box for iPhone 15 Pro Max and store pick up. When I went for pick up Best Buy from Queens to Manhattan with spending 1 hr traveling and they gave only iPhone 15 pro with missing charger, cable. This is horrible service from Best Buy which is not expected at all. Unnecessary I spent my valuable time.

Dont waste your money on this product. Instructions ridiculous. Tab pull takes off the actual screen protector and keeps coming off the screen.
