quality was good but the stand that allows it to sit upright broke with normal wear and tear after only a few weeks. Its costly and I would like to get another one sent to me as a replacement . I dont know what the warranty is on.

Excellent product, I use it everyday and typing is like using a normal keyboard. Very easy to pair and use, and the backlighting is amazing for low light. 5/5

Already protected my iPad, it's great. The only thing is you do have to make sure you keep the keyboard charged. Which stinks because you already have 5 other devices you have to remember. But overall good.

This is the second Zagg I purchased. On the positive side, I love the functionality of it, the feel of the keys, and the flexibility. On the negative side, they don’t hold up at all - the hing broke on both of them; didn’t even last a year. Shame on me for buying another one, but I thought it was a fluke the first time. So for my third case, I switched to a Logitech Slim Folio which so far is holding up great!

I was looking for a rugged case that had a keyboard and would hold my Apple Pencil, and this one delivered. The only thing missing is a track pad, but otherwise this case is mostly great. I took a star off because I did have to have my first one replaced because the letter “a” key got stuck and I couldn’t stop writing aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. One other concern is what this does to the screen or screen protector. I have marks on my screen from where the keyboard contacts the screen when shut. I have a “paper like” screen protector, so not the most durable. Not sure if I would have the same problem with a tougher screen protector.

I have already one case with my old iPad I use for flying, thought it was already great... I was wrong. This one feels more plasticky, but is better thought through, keys are more far apart for fat fingered users, the back support is not dependent on the back flap. All over better product than old model. Only one issue. When iPad screen is locked, keyboard edge is in the way of screen bottom to unlock, gotta sneak finger in to grab the unlock bar. Anyway minor inconvenience than a deal breaker.

Would not recommend this product. The stand to support the iPad broke off from the hinges within 6 months.

Loved the keyboards functionality for the price point. I just wish it was more customizable and stylish. Overall great product!

I suggest you get the extended warranty as the hinge for the cover is susceptible to breaking

While I liked the feel of the keyboard, I did not care for how it worked with the ipad. The connector between the two was not very flexible, and disconnected readily. Most annoyingly, the line on the ipad to swipe up was inside the fold between the case and the ipad, forcing me to pull the ipad out in order to swipe. I returned the product, and got an apple branded keyboard case. Much better.

It fits my ipad very well. It is easy to use and very sturdy. This is the 2020 version.

The box is convenient and the keyboard is the perfect size for me. However, the 1st one had to be returned because the keyboard would not connect. The 2nd one needs to be returned because the hinge was breaking after one week. Also, the keyboard only locks into CAPS in Indian.

Excellent product, it fits great with my iPad and the key board is so smoothly.

Very sturdy, keeps my iPad safe. Also has a place for my Apple Pencil.

Great case it is snug and low profile, it cover my pencil so the pencil does not get knocked off in transit. Keyboard is back lit and detachable that is nice when i do not want to sit in a typical typing position. the whole thing is held together with magnets and when the keyboard is put in place and close it locks my table automatically. One improvement that could be made would be a track pad for when i’m doing C++, or auto CAD projects.

This is rugged. I like the keyboard. It keeps a charge. It's worth the money.

Just what I needed. It isn't the one I wanted but it is the one i needed. I haven't used the keyboard very much but it's pretty good. The keys have a nice feel. But the actual case is outstanding. I am clumsy and have dropped my Ipad more times than I can count. I never worry that the case won't absorb the shocks.
