The keyboard itself is alright the keys feel a bit mushy and sometimes wouldn’t register but other than that the case itself was good it felt like it would be very well protected in case of an accidental fall.

The case works well to protect the device, but the hinge system is a weak link. Mine broke from normal usage, normal temperature range after 2.5 months. Zagg is doing a replacement, but I foresee without a design change in the plastic hinge, it will continue to be a problem. Replacing the plastic hinge with metal would be an improvement.

Case is a great case and protects the iPad. Keyboard works well with the iPad and stays charged for long periods.

Great battery life on the keyboard yet the main iPad case keeps getting off and if left unnoticed it won’t give protection. Snaps back and forth easily on the other part. Haven’t drop it to see protection but might still look for a better one. This is my second purchase for Zagg iPad case. Pricey thou.

This case is great for protecting my iPad. Feels sturdy and the led keyboard is easy to use.

Great case and keyboard option. Keyboard is easy to attach and remove. Case has a nice stand attached for viewing at multiple angles.

It worked perfect for a short time, but then without much use the hinge broke and sides started to not fit very well. My iPad is strictly a stay at home device that doesn't get beat up in a bag or car. Very safe & controlled environment but seem to wear out too quickly.

Every iPad needs one of these. Simple to use. I highly recommend this keyboard.

The keyboard works well. I’ve had it for over a month now and it seems to do very well.

So far this case has been very good. The only drawback that I have noticed is that you have to charge the keyboard separately from the iPad it’s self. I am not even sure if that is an option on any other cases but it would be an improvement that I would welcome. The Bluetooth pairing was a bit rocky and although the process was simple like any other Bluetooth device it took several tries to get it to pair successfully.

I love the case. Not heavy or bulky. The keyboard is sleek and the colors are awesome! I would recommend this product to a friend. One thing for ZAGG I would like to recommend is placing heavier rubber where the keyboard and tablet attach to assure when your not using the keyboard it does not become flimsy.

This is a feature-rich product that I chose above several other good products at a higher purchase price. The critical flaw is the hinge design that props up screen when you are typing or viewing. It's a known issue and you'll see it's the typical criticism of this product and the obvious downfall of what could be a great product. My Rugged Book Go lasted about five months before the hinge snapped. It wasn't put through unusually frequent or heavy use. Simply a poor design that yielded a poor result and lost me as a repeat buyer.

I really like this Zagg keyboard case but one of the plastic hinges got brittle after 3 months of daily use and broke. Now I’m back in that horrible Apple smart-folio keyboard case.
