This is a great keyboard/case for someone on the go. The iPad screen is safe when it's on my bag and it is durable enough I'm not concerned about damage when I'm out and about. I also really like that I can detach the keyboard from the iPad and type from across the room.

Not the greatest quality. Broke the stand for the tablet. The keyboard doesn’t hold very tight. Issues with the connection and general quality of the keyboard.

Case is ok, it's kind of bulky, heavy and the on off/volume is not reliable due to the thickness, but I can deal with those issues, however the hinges broke, first one then the other, purchased it in January 2020 and it stays in the home and only used by one adult, myself, not overused or abused, just a bad design on the hinges, other than that it works as expected.

First time I bought this one (and I buy a lot of iPad keyboards). Hinge broke just after I could no longer return. Will not buy again.

the case itself is very nice and feels like it protects the ipad. the keyboard however feels less quality and is sometimes uncomfortable to type on. i often will miss strokes because i don’t hit the key dead on the center. over all however, this case is great.

Putting the cover on the iPad and connecting the keyboard was simple. It’s REALLY nice that the keyboard detaches completely so easily, as I rarely need to use it... and the magnetic attachment is handy However, 1 hinge on the “kick stand” broke after just a couple months, leaving me with a rather unstable iPad. Took another couple months for the other hinge to snap.

This iPad case is great for whatever you need it to do. Its tough, the battery lasts a long time, and the keyboard has a nice typing feel with a multi-color back-light. It will keep your iPad always safe.

This keyboard was bought along with the iPad Pro! It has been dropped more than a few times! Almost lost my mind a few times as well. Thanks for the case it does withstand the drops from 4 feet!

This model seems very sturdy and tough, but I didn't like how the angled keyboard got in the way of the screen.

Worked great until the stand part broke and of course I didn’t get the geek squad protection which was a big mistake. Will buy again in the future

This isn't the first Zagg case and keyboard combo I've bought, but it's likely to be the last. Just like the last one, the case broke in several spots within weeks of using it normally. The keyboard worked fine and had a nice feel, but doesn't justify the purchase without a case to match. Highly dissapointed

I love the case very heavy duty and I love the detachable keyboard. Overall very happy with the purchase highly recommend!

Had previous version of Zagg Rugged book Go for 8.9" ipad. That was an outstanding product. This one, while lighter, doesn't feel as protective. It is also kind of cumbersome to fold up and hold as a book. Previous version separated into two discrete pieces; one for the tablet and one for the keyboard. This allowed for much more flexibility. Seems like this one is a step backward in quality and design.

Exactly as title says, and Best Buy doesn’t want to warranty it out. This happened early this month , but just now writing this. Stand broke at the pivot points from where the stand folds up or down, Over time the stand became resistant and became harder to operate, then eventually snapping at the point where the stand meets the case, In my opinion the stand had little to no thought on the design. Plastic connected to metal, what do you expect to happen after awhile? It’s going to brake , but now I can’t return it because it’s under damage and not defect , I didn’t intentionally brake it, I was trying to put the stand down so the iPad would be upright and sure enough it snaps,

Case is sturdy, keyboard attaches and separates nicely. Back lighting on keyboard is nicely done. Multiple angle support for desktop viewing is easy to adjust.

This product was great. My only issue with it, was that I couldn't fold the keyboard back and use in tablet mode. The keyboard will just fall off. Loved the functionality of the pencil clip.

Keyboard case is heavier than expected. The return key became stuck after only 6 months of very light use but Zagg replaced it free of charge (except for shipping costs).

Makes iPad life easier. Battery lasts forever and has 13 ft drop protection. Disconnects from the keyboard while staying connected. Can’t go wrong

Great Product Keyboard functions excellent and Pencil storage area is excellent Great for travel use When I hook up my USB connector, works like an actual PC. Great product for travel.

I am impressed, the back has enough strength to stand up. They keyboard doesn't need to be attached and that's is really convenient.
