I like this cover a lot. I just wish the keyboard fold to the back of the iPad when not in use.

I purchased one of these cases for my new ipad in November on Black Friday. At the end of December, the hinge that holds up the rear stand cracked i half. I returned the case to Best Buy and they replaced it. In mid February, the replacement case also broke with the exact same problem. I refuse to pay Zagg to ship a replacement so on my way back to Best Buy I go to return the second unit.

A bit heavy, but I am not too worried about the weight.

Well built and great protection for an expensive item

Having a durable case with a keyboard is awesome. However, for a case being over $125, it’s shouldn’t of broke within the first couple uses. The keyboard is detachable, which is awesome of course but the stand on the back awkwardly positions the tablet. Two hinges operate the stand which are made of what appeared to me, cheap plastic. I returned the case and just purchased the “famous” ZUGU case on Amazon. It’s working much better and for a decent price.

The attraction of a rugged case for my 12.9" iPad Pro was to protect this rather expensive tablet. The case did provide protection; however, the built-in kickstand did not stand up at all and proved to be a major weakness. The kickstand through moderate use broke after two months of daily use without ever leaving my home. It just cracked and broke off--not rugged at all. If this had held up this case would have been a big winner.

Love this case and the flexible ways it can maneuver. I broke my case (my fault) and the process to get a new one thru the company was simple and only $9.99 for shipment. They have a limited year warranty which comes in handy especially since this case is $150.

Case is great, but it is not durable, the hinges broke once, zagg replaced which was appreciated but it broke again on the replacement.

Was looking for a sturdy case for my new Ipad. There were so many choices. Looked on line then went to the store to see them in person. The salesman was very helpful and actually helped me decide which one would be best for me.

In regards to quality: - I am on my second case. The first one got replaced under the warranty after the stand that folds out to keep the iPad upright broke off. My first case was the first version for the 1st generation iPad 11 Pro. It’s now about 6 months later, and the new case (the updated model for the 1st and 2nd generation iPad pro) is starting to have the same problem. Considering the cost of this case, I would expect a 2 year life span, minimum. In regards to device protection: I am also not impressed with the protection this case offers the device. Several times, I have noticed that the iPad was starting to slide out of the case. The worst experience I had what after a drop. I had my iPad in the case, AND. In a padded zippered notebook. I dropped it from about 3 feet onto a tile floor. My initial reaction was to not be concerned since my iPad was double proctected. However, when I opened it up, I found that the screen was completely shattered across the entire device. Since then, I do not trust this case as a protective measure for my iPad.

Overall the case is great. Works well protects the iPad. The weak st Pot is the hinge on the kickstand. Snaps very easy!!

This case was too heavy for my use. I ended up buying one from Apple.

Do you think someday a sound bar will not be necessary? Maybe televisions will have their own respectable audio.

This was heavy and clunky. I returned it for a different option.

This is my 4th Zagg keyboard, (Because of upgrades, not defective products!) The only time I had a problem with product reliability, Best Buy gave me full credit on a replacement.
