The keys popped off each time I dropped it on the floor. I use my ipad for work, it is inevitable I am going to drop the ipad and keyboard. This product is made to take the daily abuse! And of course I paid for the BB extra protection for two years, just in case something went awry. This product is more expensive then the competition, but totally worth it!
