I have some problems with the keyboard not working. Then I need to take the tablet off and reconnect. Sometimes I need to turn the tablet off, as well to get it to work. This doesn't happen very often. I also notice I need to be on a flat surface when put the tablet in the keyboard to make sure the connectors are connected.

Sturdy and comfortable. Keyboard is good size and the keys have the right amount of movement to mimic a full size keyboard. It does add a bit of weight to the tablet, but it is worth the added protection.

I’ve owned multiple Zagg keyboards. Many more than I should have to have purchase but now that I’ve been using the rugged this has been the longest lasting keyboard I’ve purchased. I’m retired, I’m not using this on a construction site, I’m sitting in my Lazy Boy playing video games. So I’m not rough on them but the hing is just better in this model than the other models.

This case, which I’ve tried four different times, works great until the hinge stiffens and will not open easily. Once the hinge stiffens you feel as though the tablet will snap before the hinge opens.
