The alpha keys still work but, the function keys (delete, space, enter....) just stopped working. Very disappointed

I charged the keyboard for hours. I would power it up and the light would go green and then red. From that point, the keyboard would not work. I returned it and they shipped me another. I am having the same problems. I have been on some forums to see if I am missing some type of direction. I am giving it another week before I take this back to Best Buy and fins another one.
