Only con is there is nothing that holds it shut when it is closed.

Like having a USB port so I can play a CD needed for my job.

Highly recommend if you are using ipad for more than just a tablet

It looks nice and sturdy but I could not get my 9.7" iPad in the case. I ended up buying a different case.

I love this case & I love this keyboard. WHEN it works. That is the key. This is the third Rugged keyboard case I have bought from Best Buy for Zagg. Each time the keyboard has had problems after about 10 months of use. This time I went on Zagg’s website to file a warranty claim. Their policy is that you have to pay shipping on the new case as well as pay shipping to have your old broken case sent to them as well as send them proof of purchase. Their warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear. There is also a threat on their return email and website that they will charge your card (the one you paid for the shipping on the replacement) the full amount of a new case $149.99 if you don’t send them the old broken one back. On the warranty page it is not clearly evident WHERE to send the broken case or WHERE to email the proof of purchase. It only says you need to, then you have to go hunting through their website to find more information. Great product. When it works. Which is not consistent and difficult replacement policies. My first keyboard that broke was because it would no longer charge/would discharge quickly. I was able to exchange that one at the Best Buy store for one that worked for awhile. I didn’t even TRY to exchange this last one at the store in Henrietta because they gave me such a hard time when I tried to exchange my daughter’s Logitech keyboard that was also not working properly.

BIG ZERO STARS FOR BEST BUY SALE PERSON, that told me, that the latest iPad will fit in this case!!! THIS CASE WILL NOT FIT THE LATEST (6th gen) iPad!!! When I was returning this case, they offered me the “Rugged book keyboard folio case”... On which I already made my online research: If the hinges don’t break... Then the pressure from the hinges (when closing the case), may damage the bottom of the screen on your iPad!!! I’m not a believer in everything that the internet says, but this case I was buying a a gift for my friend’s new iPad & I didn’t wanted to buy a case, that breaks my friend’s new iPad. So I checked out the “Rugged book keyboard folio case” my self for n the store and... YES I CANNOT BELIEVE, how much pressure is needed to close the case!!! So, my recommendation is: NO - DON’T TRUST Best Buy sale person, when they tell you that this case will work for the latest iPad (6th gen) model!!! NO - DON’T BUY the “other model” which may fit according to the web site... (I never tried it out, I was afraid to damage the iPad screen) The BIG change in the hinges (Btw these two models mentioned above) was a VERY BAD choice made by ZAGG... I’m very sad, that a ZAGG’s product, (that may damage your new expensive iPad) Is still offered by Best Buy!!! Best Buy is my “toy store” I’m a “platinum member” And I’m very disappointed!!!

A bit cumbersome. It is okay but no great....Should have paid more for a better product

I like the way the case holds up my iPad but it doesn’t hold a charge for very long and I always have a hard time getting it connected Bluetooth to my iPad. It’s heavy duty and you won’t break your iPad but don’t count on the keyboard to work when you want to use it. I should’ve gotten a case that uses the charge from the iPad.

Purchased the wrong product. Returned it a few weeks later. The quality looked pretty good when I opened it.

Works fine once keyboard is synched, but making that happen is a pain at times. Also, battery drains very quickly once synched.

Bought this for an iPad 2017 and it doesn’t fit so I had to return it. Liked the idea of it but no experience using it.

Best Buy should do a better job of telling customers this doesn't work with the new iPad Pro only with the old iPad Mini. I literally bought this at the same time as a new IPad Pro, it didn't fit, and nobody thought to mention that to me, so I had to return it.

Salesman gave me wrong one and it cracked my iPad screen protector trying to get it to fit
