I rarely leave reviews or comments, but I had to for this item. The absolute ONLY case/keyboard to buy. The best keyboard, the best case...a sturdy and protective case when disconnected from the keyboard. And when combined, it looks and acts like a 9.7" laptop. Strong magnets keep it together and it WILL NOT come apart until you pull it apart. The material it's made of makes holding the pad feel comfortable and confident. It adds a fair share of weight to the iPad, that is a pro for me! I feel like I'm holding a true piece of hardware and not something that's going to shatter due to an accidental drop. The keypad feels natural and is accurate...plus it has a backlit keyboard! When the case is connected to the keypad and it is closed together, it is sharp looking and once again, a laptop feel. I literally bought every single case/keyboard for the iPad Pro 9.7" before this one was released and NOTHING even came close to comparing to this item. Oh, the Apple Pencil holder...just a perfect bonus to a perfect item. Conveniently located a securely holds your Apple Pencil or any stylus you may have. So stop reading reviews and go buy it now! At 150.00 dollars, I feel it's under priced!

I love the functionality of this keyboard/case. The keys are easy to type on and I really like the ability to separate the keyboard from the case. Also like the kickstand. The Bluetooth connection is very poor and the battery drains easily. I find myself a couple of times a week having to “trick” the Bluetooth connection back in place. I am on my second rugged book and neither one has worked well. I would not purchase this item again.

The toggle feature is the only good thing about this case. I have a zagg rugged pro for my iPad air2 and am very happy with it. This case, however is clunky. It is loose-hinged which makes typing anywhere but on a table a mess. The 'kick stand' seems like an afterthought. No magnetic closure, so it wants to flop open. The Bluetooth toggle between my iPad, iPhone and mac worked great, but not enough to overcome the cons. Returned it in hopes there will be a better redesign with a pencil holder - will continue using Zagg Rugged book until then - or someone else beats them to it.

Says it's fits my iPad pro but I can't get the iPad into case. It says to put it in at an angle, I get one part secured and work on the other side and it pops out. Impossible to get the iPad into the case. I'll be returning tonight.
