The case is what it says, rugged. But bluetooth is spotty at times and have to re-pair it with iPad all over again. Detachable keyboard is a cool feature, but still not a fan of the stand on back of the case. It's also heavy and when all together with an iPad, weighs like a laptop. Overall it's a decent case that does what it says.

A good, convenient and protective case for the Ipad Pro. My only wish is that it provided the same benefits, without the rugged look.

I’ve owned several iPad keyboard cases in the past and this one is by far the best! The case is durable, the battery lasts days without needing to be recharged. The magnetic latch and stand make the iPad easy to see and use like a laptop or Surface Pro. I bought another as a gift and a spare for me in case the company stops making them.

This keyboard is by far the best I've encountered to use with the iPad. The magnetic connection makes it easy to attach and detach depending upon how the iPad will be used - to type or to swipe. The attachment for a pen/stylus is a plus for work. The only down side is that it's a bit heavy. Other than that it's everything I could have asked for.

Great case and keyboard. A button fell off the original one I purchased and contacted Zagg whoGave me great customer service and exchanged it for me within the year warranty. Hold a charge for a long time it is ready to go when I need it. Love the backlit keyboard which is useful when in low light situations

This is an awesome device, when I could get t to work. It’s impresive and love it. I like having a key board at the ready.

I can put my IPad in this case and take it anywhere and not worry about it getting scratched up or screen getting damaged!

This is a great case and the keyboard is so easy to use. I also like that I can use them apart, which is great at times.

I have come to like having this case in my iPad Pro. It does add some weight, but I feel secure that if I drop it everything will stay one piece! The keyboard functions very well, and doesn't have to be recharged very often, I haven't charged it yet, except from when I first purchased it. This seems to be a quality product.

Love the protection of case and having keyboard, but does make tablet heavy

You don't need to use the keyboard with the top. Depends on how you want to use the iPad; I can use the keyboard on the iPad for must situations, but like the ease of using a keyboard. Sometimes I do wish I had a way to cover the IPad without using the keyboard/bottom part. But it seemed like a rugged case.

Ultimately the best keyboard on the market. The design and functionality is by far better than most keyboards.

The keyboard pops off for ease. Can use with or without. There is a magnet that holds the pencil, which is very convenient. The keyboard turns on easily when I don’t want to use it, but is difficult to turn on and off when I DO want to use it.

I have been using this product now for 3 weeks and it has performed flawlessly. I really like the feature that the keyboard separates from the case. The device is a bit heavy but provides great protection for your IPAD.

Good cover and great keyboard for on the go work. Easily detaches from base for easy to use touch screen or video watching display. Would recommend this case for people who use their iPad for work or for those who tend to drop their tablets. God case and very protective.

I found the touch pad easy to use and nice to snap on and off when not in use seems very durable

I have had keyboard for 6 months now and I am rough on equipment and this keyboard works great and keeps my iPad safe from drops. Also has holder for the pen and this is good as I do like to write my notes. Glad I purchased this keyboard over other options as I am clumsy with my gear.

Case is rugged and very functional. Easily switches from keyboard case to tablet case. Keyboard works great and pairs easily to tablet. It does add a little weight to the tablet but when the keyboard is removed from the case it is definitely light enough to hold easily in tablet mode.

I am glad I purchased this combination Rugged Book Pro Keyboard Folio for my iPad 9.7. The magnets which hold the two pieces in place are strong enough to pull together without having to try to align the keyboard to the ipad. The slot to hold the Apple Pencil or another type of stylus is easy to reach and holds well without too much slippage. The stand that is built-in to the iPad side is durable enough to hold the screen in place. I haven't experienced any issues with this, although I would guess that it will start to loosen up after it has been moved around enough times. My only complaint is that the keyboard doesn't seem to responsive to all keystrokes. I particularly notice this on the first letter of an entry. I would guess it has something to do with the bluetooth connectivity. This can become a bit frustrating after a while, and thus I tend to push the keys a bit harder than I do with my MacBook just to make sure that the input is properly received.
