It took me a bit to set up but i believe I had to charge it first. The keys have a great feel. I really like the case, I just wish the battery for the keyboard lasted a little longer. Overall good.

I really wanted to like this, but some how the hinges broke with in a few weeks. I’m pretty rough on my stuff, so if you are too, be mindful that the hinges may break for the kick stand.

I found this product almost by accident: I was examining a rather large selection of choices encompassing a wide range of prices and just happened to notice a smaller display with a variety of items; there it was exactly what I was looking for and at 50% off; the product is working out great for me; the only negative comment that I have is that I had trouble locating a sales representative but once I did they were able to answer all of my questions; I will close on a positive note and; when I got home I did not have the charging cable and went back to the store and was quickly taken care of; it was an overall great experience

Keyboard is a great alternative to the smart keyboard. Features (backlit, dual device connectivity, typing experience, etc. are all good. Much too heavy and needless bulk take away.

A bit heavier than I would have liked but keys have good feel. Would have liked a charger plug with purchase but not a deal killer. Used for a couple months so far without issues.

I love my Zagg iPad protector and keyboard. It is slim and light weight. It works perfect for all my home, work and school needs.

I bought this after I was dissatisfied with purchase of the Apple Magic Keyboard. I decided to buy this one and fits the way I use my iPad much better

Packaged extremely well to protect the keyboard. No issues installing and no lag while typing... Definitely a good deal for the money.

I wouldn’t be able to do “real work” without this keyboard. I am very happy with it. I would’ve given it a 5, but it does add a lot of weight to the iPad.

Pretty nice, like that keyboard comes off - heavy duty case but feels a little flimsy overall. I’ll break it eventually but not yet!

This is a durable somewhat slim form factor keyboard case with backlit keys I love this combination for the price

Good keyboard and good hardshell case but its detachable keyboard is a little bit strange and not much useful. But it eas good for the price.

My Zagg case showed up with limited instructions and no charging cable. From my research on the internet it says it comes with a charging cable. It otherwise seems to be a decent case, but is heavier than the ipad. While I might recommend this case, I would advise anyone that it doesn't come with a charging cord.

I love that the setup was very simple and easy and that the keyboard is not bulky. I love that I can just fit in my purse and can just go. I love that it came quick and easy pickup. Despite this crazy situation that we are all going through, I truly thank you workers for doing an amazing job and still holding strong. God bless!!!

Great way to protect mu ipad, seem a little fat but doesn’t matter as long as it’s protecting my investment

...but it’s not the Rugged Book also made by ZAGG. I’m waiting for that one to be available. For the “casual user,” this will do the trick!

Great keyboard if you want a alternative to the Apple Smart Keyboard. Also I believe in par with the Logitech keyboard as well.

Overall a very nice case. Sometimes it feels a little flimsy but I’m getting used to it. Love the way the Apple Pencil is stored.
