3 weeks in and the e key no longer works. From the beginning the space bar would sometimes not register. The keyboard is a bit too removable because it always falls off when I move my iPad. Initially I liked the idea of the removable keyboard but when I don’t want to use it, such as times when I use my iPad in portrait, there’s nothing to do with the keyboard except set it beside me. At that point I might as well carry around my full size Apple Smart Keyboard. Pay the extra money and get a Logitech or Apple Smart Keyboard Folio if you aren’t concerned with the protection or a place to store your Apple Pencil. I understand products fail and I wouldn’t be so harsh if that’s all it was but Zagg has horrible support. I registered the keyboard after I got it but now I can’t login to make a warranty claim. When I try to reset my password it says an email will be sent if an account exists. I never receive an email so maybe my registration didn’t go through. Okay I’ll register now but when I enter my email they say it’s already in use. Feels like Zagg knows their products are junk so they make their warranty equally as defective by not allowing anyone to make a legitimate claim.

Great keyboard/case combo, it has the look and feel of a nice looking notebook/journal. The Detachable case from keyboard feature is very convenient also!

I like the case. Feels really good, very slim, overall nice. However, some trikes the connectivity doesn’t respond right away, and sometimes it just stops working. Not very often, though

I have had one for years for my iPad mini and now that I have the iPad pro was very happy to see that they had one for it as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect for all of my typing needs. I use it all of the time as it is a great stand too while watching movies.

I literally baby my iPad pro, never dropped it, never did anything to cause damage to the hinges. Literally when I say, baby. I protect this iPad with extreme care. I loved this keyboard case until one of the hinges just snapped. Like how does it just snap randomly? I wish this iPad case would last around 2 years. But it has only been 5 months. Not worth my money.

Highly recommended!!! Keyboard is easy to use, flat portion rests well when needing to use knees as a surface, and the case fit is nice and snug!

This zags case is awesome. It has saved my iPad from getting damaged while it’s constantly in my backpack

I’ve had zero issues except one time it wouldn’t connect via Bluetooth. I charged it fully, selected forget this device and after two attempts it reconnected and havnt had an issue since.

I really enjoy this keyboard. I compared a few on here and Amazon options. Decided this was the best and I haven't looked back.

Overall good protection but disappointed on the stand when trying to set it up, seems like an afterthought. I did like the steel on the previous case versus this one is plastic.
