It cracked while in my pocket (was doing construction work) but even then, only my phone was in my pocket so idk how. Line down the middle for 3/4 of the screen. Figured no prob, I registered the product, I’ll order a new one… ZAGG has been canceling my warranty order. I’ve emailed and it’s been like a full week with them responding every other day to the email “we’re still working on it.”

The new application process is terrible. It leaves air bubbles that are difficult to remove. The protection is still great.

Just too much of a hassle that you have to go to Bestbuy everytime and get it rellaced

The privacy screen really made it easy to tell that the dimensions of the screen protector on the 17 pro max are not aligned and allows some screen brightness to see through though un aligned edges.

The only great positives of this item is the lifetime warranty and the automatic applicator that makes it super easy.
