I bought this case to replace one that broke. Its a very sturdy case and I feel it will protect my iPad well. I love the light up feature on the keyboard. The keys feel like real laptop type keys, not those weird soft touch keys. these actually have that slight click to them, which I like. The iPad fits very well in the case with no danger of it falling out. its a pretty snug fit. I dont take it out of the case often so I cant speak to that. My only issue with this case is that I repeatedly have to re-sync the keyboard with the iPad. For some reason, sometimes it just doesnt work with out doing that.....so that part is a pain. But if its synced up it works great! i love it

Protects the iPad, keyboard is easy to engage and enhances iPad use. Especially like the backlit key capability. Have recommended the Zagg Folio Case to others.

I checked out several iPad cases and keyboards before settling on the ZAGG. And I'm glad I got it! It has the hard shell case -- but with the added faux-leather inlay that keeps it from slipping on hard surfaces or off your lap. The fact that you can adjust the angle of the screen is one of the biggest pluses. And the backlit keys are a Godsend. I'm a journalist and use my iPad often at and for work, and I've had several of my colleagues ask about my ZAGG folio and where I got it. If this folio had the ability to lay completely flat it would have EVERYTHING! Still the iPad is easy to insert and remove from the folio, and the iPad doesn't just pop out on its own, which is a good thing because I've dropped it a few times while it was in the folio, but the keyboard and case held up with no damage to it or the iPad. Get this folio!!!

This is the best Zagg keyboard yet. They keep improving them from generation to generation. This one opens easily but stays in whatever position you choose. The only problem I have is that the top part that covers the actual iPad is bowed backwards a little so the corners do not fit snugly. It does not cause the iPad to come out, it just does not fit exactly right. I've deployed several of these cases and they all have the same issue, so it is a manufacturing and design problem, not an isolated problem. Overall though, this is a great keyboard. It is easy to type on, is very thin, and looks nice. I dropped my iPad when it was in this case and it did not get scratched or anything. Nice!

I do not like to do typing on the touch screen and this keyboard works very well. Highly recommended.

Since work foisted an iPad upon me without paying for an accidental damage protection plan, I knew it was time to go a-shopping. I saw a coworker that had a different model of this same Zagg case, and was immensely jealous of the instant-rave that is the backlit keyboard on this thing. You can cycle through multiple colors of the backlighting, and each color has three brightness settings (I prefer the loudest green it can muster). Since I got it, no less than five people have also gasped with jealousy as I expertly cycle through backlit colors and mesmerize them into also wanting this case. The only drawback I've experienced so far is NOT a problem with the case, but rather the fact that the iPad itself takes its sweet time to re-recognize it if your iPad falls asleep. I've never experienced this problem with any other Bluetooth keyboard. Overall, I've always had a good opinion of Zagg products, and this one's towing the line nicely.

This tuned my Ipad effectively into a notebook computer. With some third party apps I was able to take to courses and utilize the long battery life to keep on top of the notes. I leave the keyboard power switch in the on position all the time but since you can set the lid to power off when it closes it only draws when you are actually using it. I can use for many hours a day and never HAD to charge it. I plugged it in once a week and that was sufficient for a few hours of on time per day. Occasionally, like other bluetooth devices, it double inputs letters but is very reliable and the quick keys for things like: volume, copy, paste, and switching applications makes it very user friendly to navigate through the tablet functions

I got this case and didn't even know what I could change the colors of the backlit keys! The charge lasts forever and really helps with school and work situations.

This is an awesome keyboard. It has really elevated my IPAD Air to my go to IT device. Responsive, lightweight and great battery life. I'm a little concerned about the durability of the plastic shell, but so far its not had any issues. Bought one for 2 others in firm.

The case seems to work well enough to protect the Ipad from damage. The battery life so far has been fantastic! Unfortunately a couple of the keys don't work every time you type and there's an occasional delay with the connection to the Bluetooth. It also seems to cause the Ipad to turn on by itself randomly when closed and turned off. Otherwise it serves it's purpose.

This has worked really well for me. The backlit keyboard is awesome and the case is sturdy yet light! Great value for the price. I looked at quite a few other models and this is the best so far.

Really worth getting, tricky to put on but best buy can install it for a fee.

This keyboard/case is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It was very easy to set up, even for a non-tech-savvy person. It protects my iPad air, and the keyboard is easy to use. It makes the iPad work like a laptop, and I am very pleased with it.
