At first it was great. The controller connected effortlessly to my switch and the battery life is great. Unfortunately, the buttons, particularly the Y button, are starting to stick. I’ve only had the controller for about two months. It should not be doing that already.

Controller felt like an Xbox controller which was nice. Paired with my switch, Ally X and my iPhone/iPad. Controller randomly stopped working and flashing all of the lights on it but would not connect to any devices. I had to use a SIM tool to reset the controller by pressing the button on the back of the controller and it started “working”. After the reset, the X and Y buttons no longer worked and the controller became useless. No software or firmware updates nor were there any other troubleshooting suggestions available. I gave up and returned it.

Bought this control 6 months ago. My daughter loved it. She's a big fan of the X-Box style controller which this one gets perfect. As of 3 days ago the controller won't stay on. It turns on connects to the switch and power itself down after about 3-5 seconds. None of the "known fixes" are working.

In conclusion, I would recommend the Zen Pro to anyone who wants to take their gaming to the next level. The controller is well-made, comfortable and customizable.

Controller stunk did not program easily when you programmed it to one thing it wouldn't program to the other you couldn't change back and forth like it said it good and the amiibo card reader did not work at all I would give this product zero star rating would not recommend it to anyone

I was initially reluctant to buy this controller but it worth every penny. It is well built and high functioning. Very easy to setup and fun to play.

I had an issue with ghosting on my wireless pro controller so I was looking for a new one. I read how the Zen pro uses magnetic keys and joystics that prevent ghosting and figured I would try it. It's been about a month now and I'm happy to report no ghosting, just precise control. The click and pop back of the buttons make spamming more responsive too. It's easy to use this on multiple platforms and performs with the same precision. Black Friday deals made this a no brainier.

Solid Controller, can use it for PC and Switch gaming and has a strong build. The Anti Drift is noticeable and takes a bit getting used to but makes FPS more rewarding. But once you get used to it you’ll feel a difference in your FPS shooter performance. Overall have been loving it so far

Good controller, sturdy build quality. Only 1 issue I wasn't aware it needed an adapter for a non Bluetooth pc. Not sure which adapter it needs.

Got it for a christmas gift and they have enjoyed it so far with no complaits
