This phone exceeded my expectations with performance, design and the feel of it. With the price I got it for, it feels like a bargain.

I dropped my phone on the 6th day that I owned it. It was in a Hard shell, shock proof phone case. it was dropped at a distance of about 2 feet. The screen cracked from INSIDE the phone showing internal damage on the inside of the screen. The next day it would not come on at all. I took the phone back to best buy with the help desk saying they the people at the phone section would order me a new phone. The people at the phone section said NO, I needed to go to the manufacturer. After a long and detailed explanation and an offer to send in the damaged phone WITH the Case it was in, I was told no, just send the phone. I was also given an estimate BEFORE I sent the phone of $261.00 for repair. After the phone got there I was notified by email that the phone was damaged, therefore it was not covered by the warranty and the repair charge would be $261.00 !!! They completely Ignored ALL OF THE INFORMATION THEY WERE GIVEN. The technicians also ignored the written comments I sent along with the phone. I believe they never even opened tihe phone to find the cause that a phone would shatter internally from a 2 foot fall while enclosed in a hard case !!!!!!! The biggest problem I encountered dealing with AZUS customer service and support was the LANGUAGE BARIER ( One was in the Caribbean) between myself and the 3 levels of people I talked to trying to resolve this issue. These people were ALL LITTERALLY READING FROM THE COMPANY PLAYBOOK in their responses, repeatedly !! I believe that the phone is defective in materials and workmanship which they did not examine. All I asked for was to repair or replace the phone. Any phone that is in a case should survive a 2 foot fall and not shatter internally. I can't add a photo because they still have possession of the phone.

Full unibody metal design with invisible antenna lines. Oled screen reproduces colours accurately with vibrancy. The phone is incredibly thin and light, despite the fact that it is all aluminium. Pros -Oled screen -Very bright screen -Very dark screen when needed -Speaker has a lot more bass than previous speaker -Screen to body ratio is very impressive. Phone is not bigger than the zenfone 2 -Dedicated home buttons that light up -Plethora of customisation options and settings thanks to Zen UI 3 -4k video recording -Snappy and overall very fast in loading apps -Dual sim and SD card up to 2 TB (According to ASUS) -Fingerprint scanner is incredibly fast and accurate.(Faster than the iphone 7, a coworker and I did a test side by side. Both when screen was on and off the zenfone 3 deluxe won) Cons -Speaker is not as clean as I was lead to believe during advertising -LED indicator for notifications is not RGB -LED flashlight is not strong, weaker than the zenfone 2 -Camera is a but stuttery but ASUS is patching that in soon -No way to adjust the duration that the home buttons are lit for -USB cable included is too short Overall, I am enjoying this phone and I am in no way regretting spending 500$ on it. The phone is incredibly beautiful and the metal body makes it feel a lot more premium than the price suggests. It is incredibly fast and snappy and smooth. the 820 processor serves for a great choice from ASUS, I am glad they moved away from the intel chips. I would definitely recommend this phone!

All in all this device performed awesomely. Screen responsive, interface was smooth, but I experienced issues with poor call quality. In my opinion, A mobile phone must be a phone first and this one was almost there. Previous device I had as comparison was a Galaxy Note 5. Camera was not as impressive as I had hoped as well.

For the money it beats most phones out there. If like to see it get Android 7.0

The Zenfone 3 is a better phone than i had expected. It's feature packed, with a comprehensive interface for those that like to tweak their devices to their preference. I may prefer other online retailers procedures, but i'm about to pick the Zenfone AR for a work project that needs a tango demo. so buying the next level up, while impressed with the basic unit actually says it all. about both the phones build and my experience at Best Buy...

The only problem with this phone is the antenna my other phone has a stronger service than the ZenFone3 Constantly loosing service and dropping calls. A better antenna would make this a great phone I am going to return this one and buy a Motorola I would not suggest this phone if you have to depend on your phone for business .

This phone can rival the iPhone and samsung galaxy phones in terms of quality, camera, and preformance. Beautiful design and it charges super quick! My opinion, better than the iPhone and galaxy phones.

Android at its best. Everything works quicker than the entry level or mid level phones. The 23MP camera takes some pretty stunning photos also

I love this phone. . No need to spend mkre money on a flagship. . This is a flagship And it runs very smooth No complains

I travel, and it is unlock, buy a prepaid chip an start to use it. I like the sony camera and performance of the battery.

At first I was sceptical for it being so cheap. But this is truly a wonderful phone. I broke my s7 before I got this phone and I have to say I love this phone more.

This is the 2nd Asus phone that I have purchased. I trusted the 1st (Zenfone 2) so I decided to go for another one. So far so good, It seems pretty fast, very thin, nice pictures. IMO they are the better or at least the same as any of the Samsung Galaxy. It's a nice choice if you don't want a phone from the carriers.

First time I have purchased an ASUS phone. It is more than what I was expecting. The camera is great.

The phone works just as well as Samsung Galaxy 8 or iPhone 8 at a cheaper cost

This Asus cell phone is incredible. It has 6gb ram which causes all programs to run fast it also has 64GB of internal storage and really don't need a extra SD card because it has lots of space . I have no complaints at all about this cell phone. I bought one for me and one for my wife and we are both happy. I use mine for work and she uses hers for phone and play.

I have had Samsung phones but this ASUS Zen 3 Deluxe out performs in every aspect.

The phone is everything they promised. I bought it because of the 6 gigs if ram. It's fast and clean.
