    Love My Hood

    This hood is very powerful to keep the air clear. The digital display and different speeds work great! It is nice and sleek!

    Good, but concerns.

    I like the hood overall. However like the other review the LED lamps have both gone out. They start blinking like a strobe light. One was replaced and the other lamp just recently went out but no response from customer service. The first email to customer service was relatively quick but the second email has not been responded to in a week now. 1 star removed for bad lamps 1 star removed for lack of customer service response

    Works Like A Charm

    Zephyr Hood worked perfectly while cooking at our range and wall oven. So far so good, and definitely satisfied!

    Unhappy with Zephyr Hood

    We have had our Zephyr hood now for just over a year. My complaints: 1. First, the adhesive protective coating on the unit is so strong that pulling it off ended up denting the metal hood. 2. All four LED lights have gone out in the first year! One of the replacements has also failed. 3. The engineering on the lights is horrible. The only way to remove and replace the light is with a small suction cup tool (not provided with the purchase, but available through Zephyr). The problem is that the suction doesn't spin the light fixture to remove it. There is no other indentation or means of turning the bulb with a wrench. The service technicians had to replace the light by opening up the back of the hood casing each time. Terrible design!!! 4. Customer service through Zephyr is terrible. Each call for service requires at least an hour or two on the phone. There is apparently only one person answering calls. The option of requesting a call back rather than holding on the phone has never resulted in a call back.
