Lacking constant Temperature

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The unit is attractive and the shelves are sturdy but while the wine side stays at the correct temperature, the other side, which is supposed to stay at 40 degrees or lower fluctuates greatly and does not stay at 40 degrees or below. Therefore, our creamer keeps going bad. Best Buy Customer services is great but this is the 2nd unit we've received from them and both have the same issue.

Scheduling issues

I had to call to reschedule. Was told by one phone answerer at Best Buy that I would need to wait 48 hours ( felt that was a lie) so I contacted another person. They said they would look into it and later that day I was contacted by a scheduler that said I had been scheduled for Wednesday without asking if I would be available? Fortunately I was. The driver Jason called and I told him to bring a two man lifter and make sure no damages to the carton. This driver delivered on Wednesday and I've had no issues since.

Gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it has some condensation on one of the doors. This is due to the temperature changes between the outside and inside but it is a bit bothersome.
