When we bought this product in August 2020, the sales rep told us it was a telescoping cover so it would actually cover our duct wirk.
Flash forward 3 months when it FINALLY got here after FOUR inexpkicable delays, we found it was NOT telescoping and does NOT cover our duct wirk.
With the ridiculous delays after several phone calls simply to get the product we paid for, im uncertain any phone calls will rectify this situation..
Not sure what to do, but DEFINTELY wont be buying much from them anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
