Purchase summer 2021. In stock. Was delivered promptly, no damage. Plug is a flat shaped plug, keep that in mind. Like the sturdy shelves. Glide nicely, fits 7 to 8 bottles per shelf. Quiet. Closes easily, feels sturdy compared to other brands. Looks nice in den. Can be freestanding or built in. I'd buy this brand again.

Great, solid little wine fridge at a good price. We had been storing wine at room temp, but ordering a case from Bordeaux pushed us to finally take better care of our wine. We looked at everything, and finally settled on this quality, well-priced unit. Holds its temp, holds a good number of bottles for us (capacity depends on size of bottle, of course), not too noisy when compressor goes on (though you do hear it). The shelves are nice and sturdy. Also of note, it can be used standalone or built-in. We would like to have a built-in, but our kitchen remodel isn’t happening any time soon! So far, so good(writing this after 7 months of use)—highly recommend it.

It's only been a week but so far I am thoroughly impressed with this wine cooler. I expected the racks to not fit our larger red-wine bottles but I am continually impressed that it does. The racks glide so smoothly. The unit is quiet. I haven't heard it yet. Very happy with our purchase. It looks great!

This is our second wine cooler fridge but the first we purchased at Best Buy's Pacific Sales & Service. We have only had this cooler for a few weeks and so far we are extremely pleased with our purchase. Usually, the specs tell you how many bottles the wine cooler should hold but in reality it is less. However, with this Zephyr - Preserv 53 bottle wine cooler, it is true. We had no problem fitting 53 bottles in, including champagne and pinot noir size bottles. Additionally, the cooler is whisper quiet. If it weren't for the fact that the wine is the perfect cool drinking temperature for reds, you would think the cooler isn't even running. The lights and display are simple plus you can choose to have the lights turn different colors. You can select whether to have the light on in the cooler all the time or only when the door is open. The instructions for how to set these features is simple enough for a non-techy person to understand. It is an attractive unit whether free standing or under the counter. Although this wine cooler is still new, I feel confident that should anything go wrong during the next five years, there will be no problem getting it taken care of. Why? Because so far our experience with Best Buy has been good. We have found them to be helpful. Should any problems arise with an appliance purchased from them, we feel confident they will do their utmost to resolve and fix any issues.

Good build quality and nice look however a couple of items. The shelves require a little too much of a "nudge" to close and the door could be heavier. It makes a little more noise than expected when refrigeration is running however it's not loud. Overall satisfied with the product however paying for what seemed to be a premium I expected just a little more. All in all however for under 1,500 its a good looking ad great performing wine fridge would probably prefer to use it in a built in application and I would be happier.

So far, so good. A beautiful mostly quiet Wine Fridge. It has a classy high end look and smooth non clattering racks. The only drawback is the depth on the website and all the paperwork is incorrect. This wine cooler has a depth of 24 inches not 27. So don't panic. It will fit.

Our previous wine cooler was a Silhouette Sonoma. The motor died one month after the warranty expired. I purchased the Zephyr based on their 5 star reviews and Zephyr's reputation for quality. All of the racks have clearance for different size bottles, but the bottom rack will accommodate the larger bottles. I highly recommend!!

Very quiet. Door seals well. Constant temperature. As long as continues working it is perfect!

Beautiful wine refrigerator. Light changes from white to blue to amber with just a touch of the button. Keeps wines at proper temperatures. Warns you when the door is open for too long a period of time. Able to load 53 bottles as the manufacturer claims. Very good looking wine fridge as well.

Needed a replacement for a built-in wine cooler. The space into which it needed to go could not be increased. This wine cooler was one of very few that would fit in the available space. But we were lucky because it seems to be a very nice cooler and has a very large capacity. Other coolers were .5 to 1 inch larger and would not fit. ALso many are dual zone which is not needed and also reduces capacity. I've only had a couple of weeks but so far it seems to be working great and have not found any problems. The shelves are sturdy and roll out easily.

A 53-bottle wine cooler that actually holds 53 bottles including larger sized wine bottles. Since it will reside in our combination living room / dining room it had to be something that would display well in addition to be very functional. The roll out drawers make it very easy to search & find a bottle of wine. Very well built. It's hard to imagine that I could've found anything better in this price range.

Excellent product. This is the 3rd cooler I have had in my home. This one holds more bottles and works well. I don't see any advantage of the 2-zone cooler. This one has a single zone and I would recommend it to others.

Excellent with great price. Didn't have to wait more than 2 weeks for delivery and installation. Its fits more than 50 bottles of wine and has cool lighting.

We love it! Prior to loading the wine cooler with wine bottles, I cut and placed a 3/4" plywood underneath the Zephyr to distribute its weight evenly onto the kitchen floor. We love being able to partially pull out a shelf to view the bottle labels and the interior lighting is terrific. Because our Zephyr is almost completely filled with wine bottles, we set the inside temperature to 50 F. We measured the inside temperature with a portable thermometer and found the bottom of the wine cooler is 5 degrees warmer than at the top. Cheers!
