    Bought in October 2024; It stop working first week of December 2025. I guess I should have trusted reviews. It worked great until it didn't.

    Less than a year purchased and has NO power whatsoever. Tried Best Buy but they said Zephyr must service it. Tried Zephyr but they only communicate through emails. Frustrating. You pay 3k and get a junk of a product. Shame is we barely used it, with days in a row not opening it, yet it completely broke down after 10 months of using it. Shame.

    Arrived pn time but noticed an oily residue on box. Was not ready for install but when we opened it back upper corner was damaged. Still waiting to be contacted regarding replacement???
