My firend bought one and I like it. So I bought too.

The tap water is transformed absolutely delicious.

I bought this filtration dispenser for my son after he read the reviews. It worked well for about 5 days and then, it stopped. The staff at Best Buy were great offering an exchange or refund. He opted for an exchange figuring that just one was a dud. Unfortunately, he experienced the same with his 2nd one so sent it back and we are awaiting a refund. Kudos to Best Buy for helping out with the exchanges.

This is a great water filter. Easy to use and not so big.

I dont know about anyone else but the water tasted like soda water had a tang to it so i bought a new filter and same thing happened

Drips quite a bit after filling a cup of water which then creates a bit of a mess in the fridge.

Everything is good except the filters that dont last long and are pricey.

Was really looking forward to using this water filter dispenser. The filter does take awhile to filter the water through but I assume they all do. The problem was with the valve design. It leaked from the beginning. Glad I noticed it before leaving it in the fridge overnight. Took back for a refund. Was going to switch to the pitcher style but all are out if stock at the moment.

Due to the poor quality of the water in LA the filter needs to be changed every two weeks before strong lemon flavor in filtered water. As the filter are expensive this is not a cost effective way to filter your water.

Filter is good, but water leaks from tap. After every fill, I have to move my tank back so that water doesn’t spill on my floor.

I would not buy this again. It leaks and is very large takes up too much room

I wouldn't but this product as it turns all the water with 0 continents but also turns the water in to acidic the water tastes like lime juice

When I received the item and added water to it, wouldn’t stop leaking from the pourer. Very flimsy design.

As my kids say "dad this is the best thing you bought!" after several months water still reads at zero, best tasting wate.r We love it!

This is an excellent water filtration pitcher and is well priced for the size and quality of the filtered water. It does get heavy when it is full and can be a little difficult to maneuver in and out of the fridge to be filled. It isn't the most durable though--it was dropped once and fell only a few feet and sustained a large crack.

I was skeptical, but our water tasted weird so I bought this and am so glad I did. Now our water has no taste at all, which I believe is a good thing! It is a great shape and fits nicely in the fridge without taking up much room. I had no idea our water was so contaminated, it is nice to know now that we are getting good clean water!

best water filtration system you can buy easy to set up you also get a water tester to test your water

Greta taste. Filter expensive needs replace OFTEN.
