    I tried it with a canon R10 & I couldnt balance my camera on it. I went at it for 2-3 hours. I even looked at all their youtube videos. Nothing made it work. Unfortunately, I ended up returning the product. It looked very promising based on other reviews online.

    This has to be the most frustrating thing to get to work, you try everything to get it to stabilize but it immediately goes back to default settings, also when fully charged, battery dies within the first 5 minutes of use & overheats like crazy

    I recently purchased the Canon R50. I wanted a compact, easy to use gimbal for walking around, B-Roll, and vacation video. It is simple to use and the gimbal record button functions via an included USB-C cable. It is strong enough to hold a camera and lens combo that is lightweight. I am very happy with this purchase.

    How is the crane m3-s gimbal able to follow or pan follow when the app will not view what the camera is viewing? Thats the main reason i purchased for the following capabilities.

    I needed a second gimbal as a companion to my Crane-M2. Since they’re now discontinued, I ended up trying out the M2 S. The fill light does wonders for using a GoPro in low light. The locking mechanisms are also much more practical for balancing and storage.

    I wish these things were a bit more simple. The idea is great but when you start to operate something always seems to go wrong and it takes too much effort to figure out the problem. After few days it was a hassle to operatr and balance so i returned it.

    Gimbal becomes very hot even with less than 5 minutes of use. I was able to balance my camera with the help of online tutorials, but when turning on to test, I noticed that the motor was hot to the touch after less than 5 minutes. Will be returning.

    Great quality as far as materials go, only rating 3 star because it couldn’t handle the full weight of my A7IV. Balancing was a bit of an issue.

    I used this for about 3 days and it was always go slightly to the right even with proper balancing. Motor calibration did not help. I will be getting another gimbal from a more reputable brand
