Not the easiest stabilizer to use and definitely would not recommend for any serious blogger. The instructions are not clear and are difficult to understand and it took hours for me to get this thing to work. Love the color and the price but I would definitely pay more for something more reliable and less complicated to use!

Was not about to get it synced on iOS, was not able to get it even paired when trying on Android as a plan B. Seems to be a software issue that was never solved. Tried Googling it, YouTube, etc and was never able to find a solution to get it working. Took it back right away. Looks great though, nice materials.

Had trouble with the setup and the instructions aren't very clear

I do a lot of videos with my cell phone and decided I need to get a stabilizer to mske smoother shots. What I discovered was These things are not "plug and play". There is a lot of set up with downloading an app which actually controls the movement, balancing the phone in the device and getting the functions such as record, and zoom to operate on the handle of the stick. It takes a lot of practice to get the hang of it which I am still trying to master. I gave it 4 stars because it is not that easy to use but other wise a quality tech device. Patience and practice are the key here.

Great product and easy to use (once you figure it out). Required installing separate apps on the desktop to set it up the first time but helped me take amazing pictures and videos on my last trip!

The product was easy to understand after some research. Instructions included were not nearly sufficient enough to learn how to operate.

Honestly I am new to this gadget and I got to say it’s amazing. The color is nice and I have used it a lot for videos and pictures. It’s a little tricky to use in the beginning but of course that’s why they have instructions but it’s an awesome product especially when you use it with the app because it comes with pretty cool features.

The biggest thing to note before even reviewing, is understanding it is a 2-axis gimbal. This will help with side to side and rotating but not the biggest stability issue when walking - the vertical axis. Besides that and for the price, this is a great product to take on travels as it is a smaller footprint than any other while also have the ability to extend into a "selfie stick". Overall pretty solid.

This is an amazing gimbal for selfies. Zhiyun did a great job with the features and editing app.

Picked up and couldn’t get it to work. Returned for a refund and purchased another brand.

It didn't work it was broken or damaged when it delivered. Asked the customer care what happened and they said it was a faulty unit. Waste of money and time.

It’s a cost effective product. Works well with smartphone. Good price and service from Best Buy. I’ll recommend it to my friend.

- camera holder very narrow and slippery. Won’t hold with case on (my case is not even very thick). Barely holds my iPhone phone without case. - too hard to figure out and no instructions. Useless manual. - zoom works only in its own app. You lose control on default features of your built in camera. - advanced app features for require a separate app purchase
