    WORST RANGE EVER

    Stay far away. I bought this range a little over a year ago and it has already broken twice. The first time it broke, this past summer, the customer service was great. They honored my warranty and we got the part fixed. Fast forward not even four months and the same part is broken again. When the repair technician was at my house, he showed us that they way the bottom oven coil was designed makes it extremely susceptible to breakage. The second time it broke, a week or so ago, I smelled something burning, so now I'm not even sure the range is safe to use at all. It's been a week of me calling customer service, submitting cases online, and requesting call backs and I still have not been able to get any response from Zline, let alone talk to any person on the phone. Zline I see you responding on some of these reviews - it's the holidays, I have family coming to town, and I have no oven to use. Shame on you. And by the way, I have done some research and I am one of hundreds of people online experiencing this same issue. Your range is not designed correctly and we deserve our money back.
