We got this for Christmas and we’ve already used it four times it will make some of the best rice that we’ve ever had. I highly recommend you purchase this, the fact that it plays twinkle twinkle Little star and another little tune at the end makes it that much more amazing.

This rice cooker is expensive but ist is worth it. I have the 5.5 cup and then these 10 cup cooker. I reserved the 10 cup for parties. When cooking for Jasmine steam rice, go for the sweet rice setting, 50 minutes. Ratio of rice to water is you add 1 more cup of water. Like 2 cups of rice is to 3 cups of water.

This is by far the best rice cooker I have ever purchased. It is a very cool design with a great color, and the interface is simple and clear to use. The rice is cooked perfectly.

We use this cooker every single morning for steel cut oatmeal!! It takes seconds to start and the steel cut oatmeal is amazing. We also use it for various kinds of rice, sushi, black, brown, etc. and it always comes out perfectly. Love love this cooker....it also has cute sounds that let you know the product is done being cooked.

Rice is cooked very delicious and soft. Brown Rice mode make very healthy and delicious steamed rice. This is great value and authentic tasting of Japanese rice.

I bought this expecting the worse, after all, I can reliably cook all kinds of rice on the stovetop. I am amazed! This unit perfectly cooks brown rice, basmati, and my custom rice blend of Minnesota Wild Rice (really a grass), short brown, long brown, red rice, and black rice. It even perfectly cooked Anson Mills Charleston Gold rice!

I was so ecstatic when I purchased my rice cooker. I had a black and decker it just died on me. I wanted a reliable rice cooker and was told this brand was it. I am still learning how to use it but my rice came out great. The warmer kept it just right. You have to give this a try no more waisting money on cheap rice cookers.

Well worth it. Recommend this product. Bought the 5 cups and 10 cups. Both works great so far. Spend a little more for it and you will get good quality product.

I gifted this rice cooker but I have one myself smaller of course and not the exact same one but I love mine and I’m pretty sure this one is great too.

This rice cooker makes perfect rice every time , although it cost little more than the other brands it’s definitely worth it.

So far I find this a very good rice cooker. My rice for several days don't spoil unlike my other rice cooker it's always wet in the bottom of the cooker.
