Bought this cooker more than 2 years ago when we had issue with our Black&Decker rice cooker.Of late,the grey coating of the rice bowl is coming and generating rust.Expected it will last long but not.Looking for some other cooker with good quality.

I searched long and hard to find an affordable rice cooker that would make great rice. My boyfriend is in love with the rice from Panda express and has been begging me for months to buy a rice cooker. I heard from a friend that this brand was the best...And I agree. The rice comes out perfect! no burning to the bottom like I've heard from other brands. Just perfect...just like any restaurant rice. It may be a little pricier than some of the other small rice cookers but it is worth the extra money!!!

Tried this for the first time today with brown rice. While the rice cooked well, the lid seemed to be too loose, causing the cooker to spit starchy water all over my counter and my floor. Will be returning this for a pricier but neater flip-top Zojirushi.
