    This is a great modem. Was easy to install on Windows 7. Use it for home office & receive over 500 pages per month with no problems whatsoever.

    I needed to Fax a report. I purchased the modem online, picked it up at the store, went home, and installed it. Total time spent less than two hours mission complete!

    Item was easy to look up on the site, it was exactly what we needed. The in-store pickup worked well and the item was installed and ready to go in minutes. The seamless interface with the Fax program allowed for quick conversion to a new PC while maintaining system operation. Customer was VERY satisfied and as the IT I was pleased that it made the job go fast and simple.

    This worked out of the box with no glitches. I like the compact size.. The price is more than reasonable for the quality. I installed this modem to replace different brand and am very pleased.

    I recently snatched up some mini-towers from another great Best Buy deal but they did not have expansions slots to add modems. As usual, Best Buy was there with an alternative. These modems are performing as expected and work well with the dialing & automated faxing software that I use daily.
