Needs to return to the drawing board

Because this phone looked good and the speaker and mic was on the front of the phone this was one of the reasons I bought it. After getting it home found out that a 2 hour call to tech support of our carrier was necessary to get even the basic functions to work. Then the battery does not hold a charge for any length of time. It has to be charged 3 to 4 times a 10 hour day under normal usage. Kept thinking we could get the bugs worked out and missed the 15 day return date so we are stuck with a nice looking phone that is not worth the money I paid for it. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND? ELL NO! NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. If you do buy it do so at your own risk!
