It is a really great phone, on stand battery holds up to 48 hours. But phone camera is really bad! front camera quality is disappointing. In general I would not recommend this phone to anyone. My wife has a moto G4 plus, it is superior to this in any way. I have already surpassed the 14 day return period, otherwise I would have definitely returned it. Also, apparently if you return the phone they charge a restocking fee.

I am shocked that this phone has been reviewed online as one of the best mid-range smartphones, because in reality this is one of the worst phones I've ever used. I just bought this phone few hours ago and I was very excited to use it. After finally opening the box and turning on the phone, it was stuck on boot up and I had to restart it to make it work finally. During the set up, I was asked to connect to my wi-fi and that was the point where I realized this phone is not what I expected, because it could not show me my wifi and could only connect to slower 2.5ghz wifi. This means that this phone does not support the faster 5ghz wifi band. However, I still went through the set up process by connecting one of the slower connections as I was eager to use the phone and its features. Finally when I started to use the phone, I immediately noticed that the touch screen was not recognizing the touches on some points and overall the touch screen was not responsive enough, which finally made me factory reset the device so I can return it tomorrow ASAP. Maybe I received a faulty device, but I cannot recommend this product due to my experience with it. I will be returning the device tomorrow.

I like the phone but maybe because I was familiar with Andriod phones I thought the feature where the lady talks was annoying.

Laggy, Buggy, Overall lackluster. I'd go with the Moto G in this price range if I had a chance to do it over.

I had no idea that I couldn't connect this phone with my Bluetooth in my vehicle. Had I known this is I never would have purchased this phone. It was too late for me to return it and get a better one. I would never recommend this phone to anyone. Although, the salesman assured me that I could connect to my Bluetooth. I guess he just wanted to make a sale. (Pitiful)

This is OK but I returned it due slow fingerprint reading, underwhelming battery life, Slow web browsing (I'm sure not offering AC Wifi is a factor). One good thing is if your on T-Mobile the call quality is fantastic (recent upgrade optimized it) but I can't forgive those negatives when plenty of $150-$200 phones don't have those issues.

Although at first sight, the hardware spects are powerful, unfortunately it was a wrong decition. After having used it for a week the experience was disappointing. Software bugs, bad camera resolution, microphone quality some of the worst. Suddenly reboots; well I tried to give to this cellphone an opportunity, but I don't recommend it.

This is the worst phone I have ever owned. First 2 days worked fine and then battery drained so fast that I had to charge like 10 times. On top of this when I returned the phone they charged restocking fee. Never ever I'm buying another product from bestbuy.

The phones fingerprint reader is very picky and touch screen not very responsive, software wise I prefer stock android (less problems) and feel that this is not worth the $300 price tag. This is more $100-$180 because there so really good phones that are recently out better than this one. This phone was returned.

Nice looking, but doesn't have the battery capacity to get through the day. Would be a good phone, if the battery were up to snuff. Would not buy again.
