Pretty decent phone for the price .. What kept me from giving it a higher score was having to download basic apps for things like a calculator. I ❤️ my phone..

Before buying the phone, I was skeptical whether it is good or not. After I used it after 1 week, I'm very glad! The screen size is 5.5, and high resolution. The software run fast and smoothly!

I bought this because they said it would work with Verizon but after taking it to the Verizon store they said it is not compatible. So if u use Verizon don't bother with this phone

I didn't get to use it for a day before it packed up. I took it back to the store and they couldn't figure out what was the problem. I was asked to return

While most of the features on this phone exceed or meet expectations, the biggest let down is when speaking to people. My voice comes out garbled. However if I turn on the speakerphone people have no problem hearing me. After contact my carrier and then ZTE, I was given the option of sending it for repairs or getting a replacement from the manufacturer. This doesn't seem like an isolated incident sadly so am thinking of simply returning the phone.
